Robert Wathen (Managing Director)
Robert Wathen is the Managing Director of Hafod Care Association Ltd, prior to which he served as Director of Housing for Hafod Housing Association Ltd. He has been with the Association for twenty years and holds the Professional Qualification of the Institute of Housing as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (FCIH).
David Lewis (Director of Care and Support)
David Lewis joined Hafod Care Association Ltd in 1990 while completing his MSc at Cardiff University. He has been a qualified social worker since 1980. Prior to joining Hafod he worked as a generic social worker in a number of counties in Wales and England. Most latterly, he worked as a Team Leader in a multi-disciplinary team in the field of learning difficulties. Since joining Hafod he has worked as a Community Care Officer, Home Manager, Residential Homes Co-ordinator, Special Projects Co-ordinator, Head of Services, and now Director Care and Support.
