An exciting start to 2008 as Hendre acquires Thornhill Construction Ltd

A Cardiff-based property maintenance company, Thornhill Construction Ltd, has signed an agreement to become the newest member of the Hendre Group, cementing Hendres position as one of South Wales largest housing organisations.

With turnover expected to exceed £5 million within the first three years of joining the group, Thornhill Construction Ltd will sit alongside Hendres founding members Hafod Care Association and Hafod Housing Association and recent members Rhondda Housing Association and Foundation Housing Tai Sylfaen.

With this new addition to the Group, Hendre will see further expansion to its already diverse range of housing, residential and corporate services, as Thornhill Construction Ltd will continue to provide property maintenance services and will progressively take on an increased volume of in-house maintenance for the groups housing stock, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the group.
