The Chair of Hafod Care's Board, Mike Talbot, has been re-elected for a second year in office.
Following the Annual General Meeting, the Board also elected Judy Keenor as its Vice-Chair.
Sue Sheppard will continue in her role as Chair of the Performance Monitoring Group.
