Foundation Housing projects transfer to Hafod Care

On 1st April, a number of supported housing and floating support schemes transferred from Foundation Housing to Hafod Care.
The projects range from floating and static support for vulnerable young people (age 16-24) in Carmarthenshire, to projects in Cardiff for single people and families in temporary accommodation. There are also projects in the Vale of Glamorgan, e.g. floating support and temporary accommodation.
25 members of staff have made the transition from Foundation to Hafod Care. A very warm welcome to them all! Everyone at Hafod Care is looking forward to working with all the new clients and staff.
