New development at Llanishen Court

Hafod Care Association and Hafod Housing Association, in conjunction with Cardiff City Council, are pleased to announce the completion of a new development at Llanishen Court.
The new development, named Ty Onnen, comprises of six one-bedroom flats designed to provide the highest level of accessibility. It will offer independence to tenants who may have complex needs related to physical disabilities or sensory impairments.
The development forms part of a Welsh Assembly Government pilot program to achieve a high standard of environmental sustainability and is on target to achieve code level 4 of the sustainable homes.
This is the first WAG funded development to receive this standard in Cardiff.
