New Hafod Care Corporate Plan published
Hafod Care Association has published its Corporate Plan for 2012-2016.
The Corporate Plan sets out who we are and what we do, our aims and values and our priorities for the future.
It has been developed through a process of consultation with our service users, staff, Board members and statutory sector partners.
The aim of this consultation was to listen, to find out what our internal and external stakeholders think of us, what we do well and how we can improve what we do.
