Hafod Care provides accommodation for a wide range of people with varying levels of support needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the specialist help and support they need.

Many of the people we house and support find it difficult to maintain a tenancy independently. We are well equipped to offer the help and support people need in order to maximise their independence.

Homelessness is an ongoing problem but we have continued to strengthen our partnerships with a number of local organisations, which provide direct access hostels for single people. These include Cardiff Action for the Single Homeless (CASH), Wallich Clifford and Llamau Housing Society. As we look to the future, we hope to be able to extend these partnerships to ensure that vulnerable youngsters in need of emergency accommodation do not have to face the frightening prospect of having to sleep on the street.
