About the Project

The Splott Road project is situated in the Splott area of Cardiff. Splott is an established multi-cultural community with easy access into Cardiff City Centre. There are many amenities near the house. These include shops, a surgery, a Post Office and a leisure centre.

Tenants at Splott Road are encouraged to take a full and active part in the local community. Each tenant will have an individual support plan. This will be negotiated with the support staff. Prospective tenants should be aware that they would be expected to fully participate in the activities agreed in the activities agreed in their support plan.

Staff

All of Hafod Care's support staff have received extensive training. The staff team are supervised by a Team Leader who is based locally.

Move On

Splott Road is not intended to provide a 'home for life'. There is an expectation that tenants will move on to more independent accommodation when they are able.
