Rectory Road, Canton

Rectory Road is situated in the Canton area of Cardiff. Canton is a diverse and settled community where there are many facilities. Transport into the city is easy although the centre is actually well within walking distance. There are many amenities near the house. These include a leisure centre, a Post Office a library and a surgery.

Tenants at Rectory Road are encouraged to take a full and active part in the local community. Each tenant will have an individual support plan. This will be negotiated with the support staff. Prospective tenants should be aware that they will be expected to fully participate in the activities agreed in their support plan.

Staff

All of Hafod Care's support staff have received extensive training. The staff team are supervised by a Team Leader who is based locally.

Move On

Rectory Road is not intended to provide a 'home for life'. There is an expectation that tenants will move on to more independent accommodation when they are able.
