Hafod Care has expanded the services it provides to vulnerable people in South-East Wales. If you would like to speak to someone about our Domiciliary Care services, you can contact the main office in Caerphilly or the Torfaen office if you live in that area.
The Association is registered to provide Domiciliary Care in the Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen, Cardiff and Bridgend areas. Domiciliary Care is a rapidly growing area of our business.
The services we provide will ensure personal care to local people in their own homes and we are committed to work to prevent institutional care for our customers.
