Extra Care housing

Extra Care is an alternative to sheltered accommodation or residential care.  It offers independent living, for example, in a one or two-bedroom apartment.  It can provide a home for life with care and support services that can increase or decrease as the individual’s needs change. It is suitable for single people or couples, where one or both have need of more supportive accommodation.
