Personal Care Workers
£6.30 - £6.50 per hour,
various hours available
Based in the Cwmbran area
You will provide care and support to help service users live independently both in an extra care scheme and within their own homes. You will support service users with daily living tasks and youwill provide care in a way that respects dignity and promotes choice. You will, in the course of your work, report on any health, safety or security issue that arises and maintain relationships with other care professionals.
With an understanding of the principles of care, you must be available for a flexible working pattern over seven days on a rota basis. Health & Safety training will be provided and you will have the opportunity to undertake an NVQ Level 2 in Direct Care.
Your own transport is an essential requirement as you will be making home visits.
