A specially named member of staff will also assist in shopping with, or on behalf of a resident, liasing with family and friends and in some instances, with consent, act as advocate for a resident. A special relationship can develop between this staff member and the resident which reinforces that living at Arthur Jenkins can be a very positive choice.
