Housing-related Support

Hafod Care provides accommodation and housing-related support for a wide range of people with varying levels of support needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer the specialist help and support they need.

Many of the people we house and support find it difficult to maintain a tenancy independently. We are well equipped to offer the help and support people need in order to maximise their independence.

We provide a wide range of staffed and supported housing across the South Wales area. We also provide floating support and tenant support.

Our support services are available in the following areas:

  • Cardiff
  • Vale of Glamorgan
  • Rhondda Cynon Taff
  • Bridgend
  • Carmarthenshire
